Amy Brooks | Guide

Amy is an enthusiastic leader who brings women together for rest, healing, and adventure. She facilitates professional development classes, creative writing workshops, local and international retreats, and social justice actions. As a public school educator and in her group offerings under A Brooks Gathering, LLC, Amy empowers participants to learn more about themselves, connect with others, and step into new roles. As a Reiki practitioner, she uses healing energy to help clients reduce stress, clear emotional blocks, and activate peace in their lives.

Author of Stuff Your (Super) Mom Forgot to Tell You and Stuff First Time Authors Need to Know, Amy references her many years as a health coach and a book publisher to encourage women to amplify their voice by sharing their stories with their community. Corinne is passionate about walking with people through challenges towards health.
