Rest and Reclaim is a curated day retreat designed to give busy women a moment to rest, reflect, and reclaim themselves from the often unrelenting pace of the world around them. Sessions will include: guided mediation and journaling, Yin-Yoga, Reiki, and aquatic healing.
This “soft retreat” will be enhanced by the connections you'll make with other women throughout the day.
Catered lunch and light refreshments will be provided.

The Day
Our expert guides will lead you through four sessions:
Session I: Relate with Corinne Heiliger
In this 60-minute session we will uncover how we get stuck and how we can break unhealthy cycles. This will be a time to explore several practices that will uplift you and build community with other like-minded retreat goers.
Session II: Release with Rashida George
This 60-minute Yin-Yoga session will feature a series of focused positions that will allow you release what no longer serves you. Relaxing movements will ease you into deeper rest and open you to healing and restoration.
Session III: Reflect with Sherry Samuels
During this 60 minute session, Sherry will guide us through the grounding and intention-setting needed to hold the energy of Rest & Reclaim in our daily lives, owning the calm and balance that allows us to show up fully and authentically in all we desire to have, do, be, and create.
Session IV: Restore in the Healing Waters
Spend 90 minutes in The Pearl Spa’s Healing Waters designed to relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore the body, mind + soul through a series of thoughtfully curated water therapies including a relaxation pool, therapeutic hot tub, a cold plunge pool, a eucalyptus steam room, and a vitamin C rainforest shower. You will also have the option of using the Halo (Salt) room for a deep, restorative rest that lasts 45 minutes.
